Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation is available upon request and may be enabled in your dealer account preferences.

Rydge Supply reserves the right to require signature confirmation on select shipments at its discretion.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon acceptance of the shipment by USPS.

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so that a claim may be initiated with the carrier.
